Events: Name: Mindful Journaling Date: Tuesday, January 21st Time: 1-2 pm Location: 305 York Lanes Description: Join us for a mindful journaling session to help improve your self-reflection and creativity. All materials provided. Name: How To Manage Rejection Seminar Date: Wednesday, January 22nd Time: 12-1 pm Location: 280A York Lanes Description: Join us for a seminar on handling rejection, where you’ll learn practical strategies to build resilience and maintain a positive mindset. Name: Art Therapy Date: Thursday, January 23rd Time: 1-3 pm Location: W319 Bennett Centre For Student Services. Description: Join us for art therapy, where you can explore emotions, reduce stress, and promote healing through the creative process of painting. The art workshop is planned to run for one hour, but we have the room booked for longer. Feel free to stay and continue painting or creating if you'd like after the workshop officially ends!
