March 24th-March 28th Well-being Week is a week-long initiative organized by several campus partners and York community members. It happens twice a year to allow community members to explore, experience and feel supported in their well-being journey. During Well-being Week, you can take part in events, skill-building seminars, on-campus supports, self-help resources, creative self-care activities, and more.
