March Wellbeing Week

March 24th-March 28th

Well-being Week is a week-long initiative organized by several campus partners and York community members. It happens twice a year to allow community members to explore, experience and feel supported in their well-being journey. During Well-being Week, you can take part in events, skill-building seminars, on-campus supports, self-help resources, creative self-care activities, and more.

Event 1: Tea & Tranquility: Sip, Paint, Relax (Keele Campus)
Description: Relax and unwind in this creative session combining mindfulness, tea, and art.
